1Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you book a session with Luqsports Performance & Recovery Centre through this website. Ticking the agreement box in the booking form means you have read and accept these terms and our Terms & Conditions for every booking you make.
Our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy also apply.
2Making a booking
- Choose a service, then a date and time. Only free slots are shown.
- Slots open up to 2 months ahead.
- Your booking is confirmed right away. Details are sent by email and WhatsApp.
- We remind you by email and WhatsApp 30 minutes before your session.
- Please give correct contact details — confirmations and reminders go to the email and phone number you enter.
3Payment
No online payment needed. You pay at the centre on the day of your session.
Packages (Bundle & Save) are bought once; you then schedule each session from your account when it suits you.
4Cancelling & rescheduling
- Cancel from your account up to 4 hours before your session. We ask for a short reason.
- Change the date or time yourself from your account.
- Manage every booking from your account. If you cannot, message us on WhatsApp and we will help.

5Your health and safety
- Please tell your therapist about any injury, medical condition, medication or pregnancy before your session, and let them know straight away if anything feels uncomfortable during treatment.
- Our services support recovery and performance. They are not a replacement for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor. If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, check with your doctor first.
- Our therapist may adjust or decline a treatment if they believe it is not safe for you.
6Kids and teens
Our Sports Massage for Kids/Teens is for ages 13 to 17. A parent or guardian should make the booking.
7Rewards points
- Every RM1 you spend earns 1 point, credited when your order is placed.
- Every 5 sessions completes a punch card worth 500 bonus points.
- Refer a friend with your code: you get 300 points and they get 125 points when they place their first order.
- Redeem in your account: 25 points = RM1 off, from RM10 upwards. Each redemption becomes a single-use discount code for your account, valid for 180 days.
- Points from a booking or order that is cancelled or refunded are taken back.
- Points are only used as a discount on bookings; they cannot be exchanged for cash.
8Your details
We use your name, email, phone number and the answers you give in the booking form to manage your bookings, contact you about them and send confirmations and reminders by email and WhatsApp.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger may first be answered by our automated booking assistant; our staff can see the conversation and take over at any time.
